A Raymond Terrace mum is gearing up for a dream family holiday after a last-minute switch in her Keno routine led to a life-changing $250,000 bounty.
The New South Wales resident scored a $250,000 Keno Classic prize in draw 582, drawn Monday 1 April 2025.
The thrilled woman was still shaken up with excitement when an official from Keno called to confirm the windfall.
“I’m so happy! I’ve been crying, then stopping, then crying again, then stopping. It’s been an emotional roller coaster!” she laughed.
“It’s going to help so much. I’ll pay off our bills, and I’d love to take my family on a holiday. It would be a dream come true.
“It can go towards a house deposit too, and I’m going to treat the kids!
“It's a funny story; I was just playing my regular numbers when I won a small amount.
“I just used some of that for a couple more games, and instead of my regular numbers, I put on a KwikPik. It turned out to be a great choice!
“I’ve been so overwhelmed and so excited. I’ve been making phone calls non-stop, telling everyone the good news.
“Thank you so much!”
