A mystery Fingal Bay Keno player has come forward to claim their prize today after scoring a Keno 6 Spot win of $90,000 last week.

The New South Wales patron held a Keno 6 Spot winning entry in game 569 on Thursday 28 March 2019, taking home $90,000.

However how the punter plans to use their Keno fun money will forever be a mystery as they have chosen to remain completely anonymous and celebrate in private.

The winning Keno 6 Spot entry was purchased at Fingal Bay Bowls, Sports & Recreation Club, 100 Rocky Point Road, Fingal Bay.

Fingal Bay Bowls, Sports & Recreation Club general manager Dean Noble said he was thrilled for his patron.

“What a great prize this person has won!” he exclaimed.

“I have no doubt this will be fantastic for the winner.

“It’s great to show our loyal patrons that big wins do happen here!

“We wish our winner all the best.”

Keno spokesperson Lauren Cooney said previous big Keno winners enjoyed their prize in many surprising ways.

“While we may never know how our latest major winner will enjoy their Keno fun money, I have no doubt they’ll enjoy every cent! I’m sure their plans for the year will change when that prize lands in their bank account,” she said.

“In the past, our winners have used their Keno windfalls to pay off their mortgages, shout their friends and family dream holidays, and upgrade their car.

“But one of my favourite winners’ stories was another recent Keno winner who used his prize to shout a round of steak dinners for the boys to celebrate his major prize win.

“However our winner chooses to enjoy their windfall we are sure it has changed their lives forever!”

In 2018, Keno crowned 16 millionaires and multi-millionaires who collectively took home more than $36.47 million.  Ten of these major winners were from New South Wales and the ACT.

New South Wales players win $43.26 million on average each month playing Keno in pubs and clubs across the state.

Last year in New South Wales alone, players bought 43.26 million Keno tickets and won $519.06 million in cash prizes, including 973 individual 7, 8, 9, and 10 Spot jackpot prizes.
