A Campbelltown man is toasting his second major Keno win of 2023 and waving goodbye to his home loan after taking home a cool $60,000 win in a recent draw.

The New South Wales resident held a Keno Classic 8 Spot winning entry in draw 538, drawn Thursday 23 November 2023. His total prize was $60,777.20.

“Tell you what, I feel wonderful today mate!” the winning man laughed when an official from Keno called to confirm his windfall.

“It was only earlier this year that I used these same numbers and won $30,000!

“Who would have thought that they’d hit twice in the same year and pay off my mortgage.

“I certainly didn’t think I’d be able to say, ‘I own my home’, by the end of 2023.

“This is unbelievable.

“That’s obviously my first priority. With the current cost of living situation this is going to make my life a lot easier moving forward.

“It’s also going to allow me to prepare for my children’s future and ensure we’ve got a bit of safety and security.”

When asked if he had any secret to success, the winning man revealed he created patterns when marking numbers on his Keno coupons.

“I just like to see a few numbers next to each other and shaped in a certain pattern,” he said.

“I don’t think I’ve cracked a code by any means, but it’s worked twice now so who says it can’t work one more time in my life!

“Here’s hoping.”

The man’s winning entry was purchased at Campbelltown RSL Club, 1 Carberry Lane, Campbelltown.

The Campbelltown RSL Club said they were over the moon for their winning customer and said the atmosphere within the venue had been electric since the win occurred.
