A Tweed Heads man is gearing up for some thrilling adventures with a brand-new motorbike after scoring a $50,000 Keno win.
The New South Wales resident scored a Keno Classic major prize in draw 968, drawn Thursday 13 February 2025, and pocketed a clean $50,000.
The winning man shared he was out for dinner with a friend when he discovered the winning news.
“It was quite the surprise,” he said.
“I was catching up with a friend and we put on a few games and completely forgot about them.
“We weren’t watching the screen, so it was only when I checked my ticket that I found out about the win.
“We were over the moon. We stayed out to celebrate.
“I’ll probably buy a new motorbike and put some towards the house.
“I’ve only played about five times or so, so it was pretty amazing. I’ve never won something like this.
“I just used a bunch of special numbers.
“Thanks so much!”
His winning Keno Classic entry was purchased from Ivory Waterside, 156 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads.
