A Long Jetty man has taken a trip down memory lane after winning two major Keno prizes in the one draw, taking home more than $650,000.

The Central Coast resident held the Keno Mega Millions 9 Spot winning entry in draw 003, drawn Tuesday 21 May 2024, and took home a total prize of $554,776.80.

In addition to his half-a-million dollar windfall, the gleeful man also had a Keno Mega Millions 8 Spot winning entry in the same draw, which bagged him an extra $93,368 and boosted his total prize to $648,145.

“Thank you!” he exclaimed when an official from Keno confirmed the wondrous news.

“I always play the same special numbers. They include birthdays and anniversaries.

“They must be pretty special because I’ve won a few times now with these numbers! But this one’s the biggest jackpot I’ve won.

“Actually, have I spoken to you before? This feels all too familiar to my last wins!”

When asked how he planned to use his newfound treasure, the winning man shared he had some plans in mind.

“Honestly, my wife and I are due for a new car!” he said.

“Now we can both upgrade. Then I think I’ll invest what’s left over.”

The winning entry was purchased from Diggers The Entrance, 315 The Entrance Road, The Entrance.

Diggers at Entrance executive manager Troy Sinclair said he and the team were overjoyed to have sold two major Keno winning entries and extremely proud to be a part of their customer's winning moment.

“We’re absolutely thrilled! It’s always exciting to be a part of someone's big win,” he said.

“Knowing that our venue played a role in bringing such joy and fortune to one of our customers is incredibly rewarding.

“It’s moments like these that make our work so special and remind us of the positive impact we can have on people's lives. We can't wait to celebrate this win with our team and customers!

“The staff management and Board of Directors at Diggers at The Entrance want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the winner! Enjoy every moment of this incredible experience, and we wish you all the best in the future.”
