A Gold Coast man believes he’s onto a winner with his special set of numbers after once again winning a major Keno prize with his hand-picked digits.
The Miami retiree held a Keno Classic 9 Spot winning entry in draw 796, drawn Thursday 31 March 2022. His total prize is $282,587.50.
Confirming his amazing win with a representative from Keno today, the winning man admitted he had a sense of déjà vu when his numbers appeared on the Keno screen yesterday.
“I won with the same numbers many years ago, and I always use the same ones for Keno and lotteries, so I was amazed when I saw them pop up on the screen once again,” he laughed.
“It was only my second time in the venue, so I think they were just as shocked as I was.
“Thank you so much for confirming the good news!
When asked how he might use his Keno windfall, the Gold Coast resident confessed he was yet to decide but said the prize would help upgrade his retirement plans.
“This will set me up for many years to come,” he said.
The winner purchased his Keno 9 Spot winning entry at The Miami, 2047 Gold Coast Highway, Miami.
The Miami spokesperson Meaghan Skinner said they were celebrating having one of their patrons score a major Keno prize.
“Seeing one of our patrons win big with Keno is always fantastic and generates such a positive atmosphere in our venue that everyone feels like they’ve shared in the win too,” she said.
“As you can imagine, Keno wins like this become a talking point here for a long time to come.
