A Seven Hills woman is going to treat herself to a new roof after scoring a Keno win of almost $80,000 on the weekend.
The Sydney player held a Keno Mega Millions 8 Spot winning entry in draw 439 on Saturday 19 February 2022. Her total prize was $79,993.30.
“This is very good,” she exclaimed when a Keno official spoke to her.
“I’m a regular player and I use the same set of numbers. I just like the numbers as they make a little square on one side of the coupon.
“I’ve had little dribbles of wins with these numbers in the past, but they finally came up and delivered me a major win!
“But I wasn’t watching the draw. I was at the shops picking up some groceries.
“It was only afterwards that I looked my ticket up on my phone and there they were! I didn’t know how much I’d won until I went back to the hotel.
“It’s fantastic!
“I’ve already got a couple of things in mind. Firstly, I need to get the roof fixed. It’s one of those things that you put off and you put off, but now there’s no excuse!”
The woman’s winning entry was purchased Hotel Seven Hills, 222 Prospect Highway, Seven Hills.
The Hotel Seven Hills team said they were thrilled for their regular customer and hoped she enjoyed her prize.
