A Brighton woman is busy planning a dream holiday around Asia after discovering she’d won $76,000 in Keno last night.
The Victorian player held a Keno Mega Millions 6 Spot winning entry in draw 93, drawn Thursday 17 February 2022. Her total prize was $76,000.
This morning, an official from Keno reached out to the winning woman, who was still reeling from the excitement.
“I had such a busy day, so I just wanted to head to the pub to relax and put my feet up,” she explained.
“I love playing Keno! I’ve been playing for several years. It always puts me in a good mood.
“I usually play these same numbers. They’re very special to me. I’ve had a few good wins using them, but this was the biggest.
“It was just fantastic when I saw I’d won $76,000! I felt very lucky. It’s honestly amazing.
“I celebrated afterwards with a few drinks. It put me in such a good mood! I then went home and started planning what to do with my prize.
“I’m going to use the money to travel. I’d love to do a massive trip around Asia and then some small holidays around Australia.
“The money is going to go into my travel fund and will be used for any future holidays I want.”
The winning entry was purchased at Brighton Beach Hotel, 4 The Esplanade, Brighton.
