A Muswellbrook woman had barely stepped foot into her local club for dinner when she turned around to see her special set of numbers flash on the screen, delivering her a dizzying $158,000 Keno win.

The Hunter region resident scored the Keno Classic 8 Spot jackpot in draw 745, drawn Sunday 23 November 2025 and looks forward to a total prize of $158,057.40.

When speaking to an official from Keno, the stunned woman relived the thrilling moment she discovered she’d bagged a win.

“It’s incredible! It’s the most I’ve ever won in my entire life,” she said.

“I’ve been an avid Keno player for a couple years now and I have my go-to numbers I like to play.

“It’s crazy because I’d literally just walked into the club and bought my ticket, when I turned around, I saw my numbers on the screen.

“We hadn’t even ordered any food yet or anything. I’d barely walked a couple hundred metres into the club and I’d won!

“I was too distracted and dazed to order any dinner after that.”

With more than $158,000 set to boost her bank account, the dazed woman shared she looked forward to upgrading her caravan and re-investing her prize.

“It’ll go straight towards upgrading my caravan. I’d love to be able to live completely off the grid,” she explained.

“Whatever is left over will be invested into gold and silver bullion. It’s going nuts at the moment.”

Her winning Keno Classic entry was purchased at Muswellbrook & District Workers Club, 15 Sydney Street, Muswellbrook.

In FY25, Keno players across the eastern states of mainland Australia celebrated more than 76 million wins collectively worth more than $1.2 billion.

During this time, Keno crowned 20 millionaires and multi-millionaires who collectively took home more than $57.9 million. Thirteen of these major winners were from New South Wales and the ACT, including an East Maitland dad who scored a $6.6 million windfall.

Players in New South Wales and the ACT enjoyed more than 39 million Keno wins totalling more than $636.3 million across the region in FY25.
