A Kingston woman admits she was just looking for a bit of Monday night fun when she scored a $375,000 Keno win from the comfort of her couch.
The Tasmanian held a Keno Mega Millions winning entry in draw 16, drawn Monday 15 May 2023, and scored $375,000.00.
“It still doesn’t feel real,” the winning woman laughed when an official from Keno called to confirm her incredible windfall.
“It’s just insane! I was sitting on the couch and the thought popped into my head that I could play a few games of Keno from home.
“So, I jumped online, put on a few random numbers and before I knew it, they were being drawn.
“I was absolutely gobsmacked!
“It was an incredible moment and getting to sleep was also incredibly difficult last night.
“I’ll be looking at buying myself a brand-new car as soon as possible, and then I’ll put the rest away for the future.
“What a wonderful start to the week!”
