A self-confessed Geelong battler is looking forward to buying her first home after winning a Keno Classic 10 Spot prize and becoming an overnight millionaire.
The Victorian player held a Keno Classic 10 Spot winning entry in draw 349, drawn 19 September 2022. Her total prize was $1,328,203.90.
The winner admitted she was so overwhelmed that she needed a few days to comprehend the news before speaking to a Keno official about the win.
“I can’t believe this. It still doesn’t feel real!” she giggled.
“It’s been a whirlwind. I still can barely talk or even think about anything else!
“I’ve barely slept too. It feels like a crazy dream!
“I’ve been trying to let the news sink in, and then I spent a few days celebrating, which was just fantastic.
“When I first see the money in my bank account, I’m going to enjoy a really nice bottle of champagne and continue the celebrations.
“This is a life-changing event for me. I’ve never even owned a house; I still rent.
“This prize will mean I can buy myself a little house and enjoy life a lot more.
“It will be great to buy something without looking at the price tag or hunting for the sales .I might go on a little shopping spree as a treat, too.
“I don’t know what else to say – it’s incredible, it’s insane! It’s going to transform my life.
“From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Keno!”
Her Keno Classic winning entry was purchased on the Keno – Let’s Play app.
