A Dingo Beach couple can’t wait to buy themselves a new tractor after reaping a life-enhancing $150,000 Keno prize.

The Whitsundays duo held a Keno Classic 8 Spot winning entry in draw 533, drawn Sunday 9 October 2022. Their total prize was $150,774.50.

The winning woman shared her husband had called her immediately after the win, surprising and delighting her with the incredible news.

“It’s come at the most perfect time!” she laughed.

“I was sitting at home and my husband rung to tell me that we’d won more than $150,000 in Keno and to come to the venue as soon as possible.

“All I could hear was his friends cheering in the venue on the phone call. My knees, hands and legs were shaking!

“This is the most we’ve ever won in our entire life, so it’s hard to process.

“We’d love to take a photo with the novelty cheque and bottle of champagne we receive from Keno once it arrives. It’s such a momentous memory for us.

“While some might not think $150,000 is a lot of money, it’s truly life-changing for us.

“Thank you so much, Keno!”

With more than $150,000 about to land in their bank account, the Queenslanders said they already had a few plans in place for their prize.

“The first thing on the list is to purchase a new tractor – it’s something we’ve wanted to do for a while,” she shared.

“We’d love to arrange some maintenance around the house.

“We can look forward to paying off the house mortgage as well!”

Their winning entry was purchased at Dingo Beach Hotel, 17 Pioneer Drive, Dingo Beach.

The Dingo Beach team are overjoyed to have sold a major Keno prize to a local couple and wish them all the best with their prize.
