A Deception Bay woman has described the moment she discovered her $1.5 million Keno 10 Spot win as ‘unreal’.

The happy winner held a Keno Classic 10 Spot winning entry in draw 618, drawn 18 December 2020 and takes home a prize worth $1,555,758.70.

Sharing her excitement with a Keno official today, the regular player revealed she was still in shock.

“It’s wonderful!” she exclaimed.

“I go to the sports club every week, and whenever I am there, I play Keno.

“I couldn’t believe it when I checked my ticket and saw that I had won over a million dollars!

“It was unreal.

“I’m not sure what I am going to do with it. I just don’t know. I’ll just have to wait until it lands in my bank account.

“It’s still sinking in!”

The thrilled winner purchased her entry at North Lakes Sports Club, 36-42 Flinders Parade, North Lakes.

North Lakes Sports Club Venue Manager Craig Allan said he was overjoyed for his winner.

“Everyone was so excited once we found out we had sold such a massive prize!” he exclaimed.

“We’ll be celebrating the win throughout the venue all week.

“I think our patrons will feel a little bit luckier knowing we’ve sold a 10 Spot prize.

“Congratulations to our winner! The team at North Lakes Sports Club wish you all the very best!”
