Condobolin’s newest major Keno winner might be completely unaware they won more than $56,000 in a recent draw, with officials urging players in the area to check their tickets.
The mystery regional New South Wales player held a Keno Classic 8 Spot winning entry in draw 367, drawn Wednesday 6 July 2022 and took home a total prize of $56,785.60.
However, the player has yet to check their winning ticket and discover the windfall.
The winning Keno Classic 8 Spot entry was purchased at Condobolin RSL Club, 20 McDonnell Street, Condobolin.
The Condobolin RSL Club manager James Bennett said he was hoping to hear from their latest Keno winner soon.
“We’re really excited and we can’t wait to find our Keno winner!” he exclaimed.
“It’s wonderful news for our community, and we’ve been telling all our patrons and customers about the win.
“This is our first major Keno win at the venue, and we can imagine it’s the start to many more.
“We would like to congratulate our mystery winner and hope they check their Keno tickets soon.”
Keno spokesperson Anna Hobdell said she encouraged all players who purchased a Keno entry at Condobolin RSL Club to check their tickets as soon as possible.
“Someone could be walking around with a winning ticket worth more than $56,000 in their back pocket or handbag without know they’ve won,” she said.
“We’re urging all Keno players who purchased a Keno entry at the Condobolin RSL Club to check their tickets today – you could be holding a winning entry!
“Imagine discovering you’re the winner we’re searching for. Think of all of the exciting things you could do with an extra $56,000 in the bank account.
“Past winners have used their prizes to purchase cars, renovate their homes, or go on trips around Australia.
“If you discover you’re holding the winning Keno Classic 8 Spot ticket, hold on tight to it and head into your closest venue as soon as possible so that we can start the prize claim process.”
