A Cecil Hills man has described his Keno win as a “ripper”, sharing his excitement as he continues to celebrate his $176,000 prize.

The western Sydney player held a Keno 8 Spot winning entry in game 519 on Tuesday 28 January 2020 and takes home $176,437.30.

Confirming his win with a Keno official this morning, the man revealed the adrenaline was still pumping after the win.

“I’m still celebrating!” he laughed.

“I was in the venue watching the draw unfold.

“I always play the same numbers so I quickly realised I had seven of the eight numbers I needed to win the 8 Spot prize.

“Then my last number came out and all hell broke loose!

“It was very exciting. It was an absolute ripper!”

When asked how he planned to enjoy his Keno fun money, the Sydney player already had a few ideas.

“I think we will probably do some renovations around the house,” he explained.

“And I might buy my wife a new car!”

The winning Keno 8 Spot entry was purchased at Greenfield Tavern, Mimosa and Greenfield Road, Greenfield Park.

Greenfield Tavern Hotel Licensee Kristine La said she was excited to see a big Keno win at the venue.

“We are so excited to see this prize go to a regular patron,” she said.

“There was plenty of excitement in the air when the jackpot went off.

“Congratulations to our winner! We hope this is the beginning of plenty of huge wins at the tavern!”
