A Canberra man couldn't stop smiling to himself during work after a game of Keno landed him a $190,000 payday.
The ACT resident scored a Keno Mega Millions 6 Spot prize in Keno draw 250, on Thursday 18 June 2026. He can look forward to a total prize of $190,000.
When an official from Keno called the gleeful winner, he was still floating on cloud nine.
“I’m very good now!” he laughed.
“I was watching the draw when my numbers came up, and I just went ‘Oh sh**!’.
“I’m at work now so I’m just keeping it quiet and celebrating the win in my head.
“I couldn’t believe it. I was over the moon.
“It’s pretty amazing. I’ll be able to put it into savings for now and use it to buy a house. It’ll be a huge help to finally get out of renting.
“I just choose random numbers each time. I’ve never really stuck with the same ones as some people do.
“Thank you so much!”
