A Broadbeach woman is about to serve up an ultimate sports adventure, jetting off to Wimbledon with a prime seat courtside after landing a life-changing $1.17 million in a recent Keno draw.
The Queenslander scored the Keno Classic 10 Spot jackpot in Keno draw 749 on 21 November 2025. She can look forward to a total prize of $1,179,970.50.
“It’s amazing!” she shared when an official from Keno confirmed the win.
“We were out for a late lunch, and we decided to put on a game of Keno.
“My husband and I are in so much shock! We can’t believe it.
“We actually left straight after that. We went back home to ponder about the win.
“We're looking forward to travelling more, especially overseas. We’re sporty people so would love to go to Wimbledon and watch the tennis!
“Thank you very much.”
Her winning Keno Classic Spot 10 entry was purchased at Kurrawa SLSS Assoc Inc, Beachside - Old Burleigh Road,Broadbeach.
It’s the second major Keno jackpot to land on the Gold Coast during the past fortnight. Earlier this month, a Biggera Waters man scored $4.4 million.
In FY25, Keno players across the eastern states of mainland Australia celebrated more than 76 million wins collectively worth more than $1.2 billion.
During this time, Keno crowned 20 millionaires and multi-millionaires who collectively took home more than $57.9 million. Four of these major winners were Queenslanders, including a Townsville man who scored $4.4 million.
